I’m Justin Wayne. I live in DFW. I do improv comedy, run theater tech, and build healthcare software. Sometimes all in the same week.
Comedy & Theater
I’m a Tech Specialist & Producer at Stomping Ground Comedy Theater in Dallas, where I perform, produce, and run tech for multiple shows. I created and produce EvilProv, a dark-themed improv show I host as the demonic character Ashen Graves.
I’ve performed and studied improv at Stomping Ground (Dallas), Push Comedy Theater (Norfolk, VA), The Comedy Arena (McKinney, TX), The Annoyance Theatre (Chicago), and Earprov (online). At Push, I was a founding member of the Diversity Council.
My theater tech work spans lighting design, AV/streaming, and show tech direction using tools like ETC EOS. I’ve tech directed more than a dozen productions across improv, sketch, and musical formats.
Work
I’m the CTO at BIG Inventory, a healthcare inventory management company. I build and maintain the systems that power hospital inventory counts, pharmaceutical data processing, and reporting.
Other interests
Space, science, and sci-fi. D&D (Waterdeep campaigns are my favorite). Movies, anime, and whatever rabbit hole I’ve wandered into this week.
